The map below shows Rockingham County’s plans and projections for growth around the town of Elkton.  The yellow area south of Elkton encompasses Spotswood Towne Centre, and the area just north-east of Elkton is adjacent to the Elkwood, Dominion Ridge North and Kite Land development parcels.
